The bar has been knocked through into the Dance Room which offers great sound quality with crystal clear bass and treble. So if it’s dancing on a weekend or rather enjoying a relaxed drink during the week, Oliver’s is the place to be.

Here at Oliver’s, we offer cocktail master classes so you, your family and friends can have a chance to make your most loved cocktails in a working bar with our fully qualified bartenders.
What We Offer?
We can offer our cocktail masterclass to groups from 1-30 people. In your class you will be given the choice of two cocktails from our list. Our bartender(s) will run you through each cocktail and tell you a little bit of history behind the cocktails. You will then get a chance to make them yourself and of course DRINK your creation.
How It Works?
First of all contact us with the date you would like and the number of people in your group. You can do this by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by Phone: 01634 827629
Once a date has been confirmed, we will email you a copy of our cocktail list and will ask you to choose two cocktails that you and your group will be making on the day.
Once you have decided please inform us at least one week before your class. Now, all that is left is to turn up on the day and have some fun!

Fresh strawberry puree, baileys, strawberry liquor and milk&cream. Shaken hard and served straight up.
Oliver's Mai Tai
The king of rum punches containing a mix of light rum, gold rum, triple sec, Orgeat syrup shaken with citrus and ice, served over ice an finshed with dark rum.
Mango & Passionfruit Daiquiri
Fresh passionfruit and mango puree blended with rum, lime juice and ice to form a classic frozen daiquiri.
Pineapple Old Fashioned
House infused Pineapple Bourbon, dash of biters and a touch of sugar, stirred to perfection to create a twist on a classic.
Pear & Elderflower Collins
Gin, fresh lemon, pear puree and elderflower cordial, served tall over crushed ice and topped with soda.
Apple & Raspberry Martini
Fresh apple muddled with raspberry puree and shaken together with vodka, raspberry liquor and apple juice.
Creamy and chocolaty with a nutty edge. Vodka, Chocolate liquor and Frangelico shaken with milk&cream.
A twist on a classic mojito. Vanilla Vodka mixed with vanilla sugar lime and mint, topped with Ginger ale.
Blueberry and pomegranate Martini
Blueberry infused gin and creme de cassis, pomegranate and lychee juice, with a dash of grenadine shaken hard, double strained and served straight up.
